RETURN POLICY

Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Additional Returns Guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.

We ask that you wear clothes when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Read more here.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Domestic Returns:

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

Self-postage Returns

You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense. Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return and a returns slip will be emailed to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
