We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days from the day you purchased.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax.

Items are shipped through multiple possible carriers, chosen by optimizing your delivery experience based off your location and the weight of your items.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.

Shipping Time (Domestic):

• $9.99 Standard Shipping: 3-6 days (on all orders under $75)
• or you can choose:
• $25 Express Shipping: 2-4 days (N/A Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
• $30 PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2-3 days (N/A Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

P.O. BOXES/RURAL ZIP CODES/APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS

We cannot guarantee expedited deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—only standard shipping is the way to go. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Rush Shipping.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Express or Priority Shipping. Transit times can take up to 45 business days.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.

Customers who place orders with a PO box shipping address are automatically assuming responsibility for the successful delivery of their order. We are not responsible for any misdeliveries or unclaimed packages.

If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter outside of our control.

Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date—you can also check on the status of your order HERE.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

Please note that if you have a US rural address, or you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Our GEC is here to help. Reach out to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order.

WHY ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR MY SELFCARE ORDER?

If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. If you’re located anywhere else in North America, all hazardous materials including aerosols are required to be sent by standard ground shipping.

I LIVE IN PUERTO RICO. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

If you live in Puerto Rico, shipping is free. You will receive your order 2-7 business days after it leaves our distribution centre.
